Import Image Racing LLC operates the following online storefronts: Maverick Division (maverickdivision.com, support@maverickdivision.com), Dirty Offroad (dirty-offroad.com), BlackLine Fab (blacklinefab.com), and FS Warehouse (fswarehouse.com). For order questions, contact the support email listed on the storefront you purchased from, or call the number above.

Orders and pricing

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance. We may cancel and refund any order in full, including where a listing contained a pricing or inventory error. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.

Product information and fitment

We work hard to keep listings, fitment notes, and delivery estimates accurate, but specifications may change and estimates are not guarantees. Confirm fitment for your exact vehicle (year, trim, drivetrain) before ordering — our support team will gladly verify before you buy. Aftermarket parts may affect vehicle warranties; consult your vehicle manufacturer.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy: new, uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery, in original packaging.

Warranty

Products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty where offered. We facilitate manufacturer warranty claims but do not provide an independent warranty beyond your statutory rights and our 30-day return policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for installation costs, vehicle downtime, or consequential damages. Some parts are intended for off-road use only; you are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and emissions regulations in your jurisdiction.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
